The tour price is $2,500 per person which will include round-trip airfare from EAU, hotel accommodations, two meals per day, motor coach ground transportation to all sites, and a private guided experience with Rene each day. Participants departing from a different airport will need to make their own travel arrangements. The cost of airfare included in the Eau Claire group rate will be subtracted from the total tour price for those arranging their own transportation. All travelers must arrive in Washington, D.C., by 12:00 noon on the 13th. For participants arranging their own transportation, please plan to depart from DCA at approximately 7:00 PM on the 18th.
Due to the short timeframe before departure, a 50% payment is due by Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM to confirm your reservation. This amount includes a $100 deposit (nonrefundable after March 10), and the remaining balance will be due one month later, by Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The tour itinerary is an ongoing building process of optimization that gets frequently adjusted, depending on a myriad of factors. Expect long, but exciting, life-changing days! The current itinerary is as follows:
- Washington, D.C. – Visit inspiring landmarks including the U.S. Capitol, Museum of the Bible, Arlington National Cemetery, Mount Vernon, and the Jefferson, Lincoln, WWII, Vietnam, and Korean Memorials, and more.
- Rededicate 250: National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise, and Thanksgiving – “Join with neighbors and friends from every state in the Union in giving thanks and praise to God for 250 years of His Providence for the United States, in praying that God Bless and Protect America for the next 250 years, and in solemnly rededicating our country as One Nation under God. In speech, song, and storytelling, we will bear witness to the extraordinary story of how God has powerfully and wondrously shaped the United States of America—remembering the people, sacrifices, and defining moments in which God has powerfully manifested Himself in our history.”
