Best tour guide in Washington DC area, Vermont, NY! My family and I hired Rene as our private tour guide. It was by far the best money we’ve ever spent in all our world travels. Our kids were at that age, (touring got old quickly) with Rene…. they couldn’t get enough, never got tired, never whined that famous phrase “…when are we going to leave…” but to our complete surprise, they were so engaged with Rene they actually wanted to write a report on this trip to share with their class room. (That is SO not the norm for our kids) They also asked if Rene could come to NY with us because she was fun and made boring stuff seem fun…. WOW! We did add Rene to our NY trip totally on the fly…. it was perfect! PLUS the best part, my husband “”hates, hates… tours”” in America or Europe!!!! He liked Rene’s tour so much he actually recommended her to several of our friends after spending time with her.
She even switched up our schedule (on the fly) to go do something that Art wanted to once she realized it was of interest to him.
To top that off… I ended up in the hospital and she watched our kids, cancelled our play tickets and transpiration to NY, I got earlier than expected and wanted to continue with our trip, albeit slower, so she rescheduled everything in a moments notice. Even got our sold out play tickets back some how???? That’s going above and beyond the call of duty for a tour guide. I can not recommend Rene enough not only as a wonderful human being but as an outstanding tour guide who will share the history of our nation in a way you might not expect but will be so thankful for her years of study and dedication to truth and knowledge of this great nation God blessed us to call home!
